Commercial & Wholesale Construction Operations AnalystReading, United States of AmericaThe primary function of the Commercial & Wholesale Construction Operations Analyst is loan booking, funding, payments and maintenance for the defined lines of business, or executing related controls, utilizing the systems and processes defined by management. The incumbent handles analytical components (i.e. interpreting credit agreements) related to various loan/fee accruals, calculations as well as ongoing/ad-hoc reconciliation and remediation, for commercial credit products, which include new loans, modifications and extensions.Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Processes all commercial construction loan draw requests received from Commercial Real Estate customers and Business Lines.Ensures proper documentation and approvals are received to fund construction draws.Performs all financial transactions in the servicing system associated with construction portfolio.Provides customer and business line support for all inquiries related to construction loan advance requests and loan servicing.Performs quality review of all new and modified construction loans, ensuring proper set-up on Servicing platform.Ensures system is calculating and billing interest and fees correctly.Creates and analyzes balancing and exception reports, resolving open items according to established service level agreements.Ensures proper documentation is filed appropriately and is available for internal and external audits.Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
