Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Insights Analyst II
focused on infrastructure products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an analytics framework for infrastructure
products, focusing on user engagement and retention metrics
Collaborate with product managers to drive strategic planning and
continuous improvements for Terraform, Packer, and Waypoint
Conduct competitive intelligence analyses and synthesize customer
feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or
product analytics within the infrastructure or DevOps space
Deep understanding of DevOps software business models and key
product metrics
Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable
strategies
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and data
visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to
achieve strategic objectives
