Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Cost Estimator to join their
Commercial Services & Cost Estimating Team working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-quality, detailed cost estimates for various
projects
Collaborate on multiple projects to meet client requirements in a
timely manner
Provide guidance and mentoring to team members while fostering
business development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering,
Construction Management, or equivalent field experience; Quantity
Surveying Degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of cost estimating experience required; 5 years
of Quantity Surveyor experience preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of general construction industry laws, regulations, and
practices
LEED Certification and/or Sustainable Design standards
preferred
