Job Description:

Dynamic Architectural Firm located in Somerset County, NJ seeks well polished and motivated Architectural Project Coordinator for Direct Hire opportunity.

Salary up to $60,000

Seeking candidates with minimum of 1 year experience in an architectural office setting

Candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly in both written and graphic formats. Projects range in scale from new building construction to capital improvements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Development of projects under the guidance of an Architect or Project Manager, through any of the schematic, design development, construction document, bidding, or construction administration phases.

- Direct interaction with clients and/or consultants as required to coordinate various aspects of a project.

- Participation in on-site tasks, including existing condition verification and construction phase administration.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

- Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD

- Experience with Revit, Photoshop, and Sketchup is preferred.
