Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.Our BCBAs directly contribute to our mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to their patients. HHF provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU trainings, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.Salary Plus Bonus: $75,000-$100,000 based on experience HHF is Great Place to Work Certified in 2021, 2022 and 2023. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patienConduct detailed assessments and reassessmentsProvide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTsDevelop and monitor data collectionProvide parent trainingMaintain a positive working relationship with patients families and respond to questions in a timely mannerConduct Functional Behavioral AssessmentsCommunicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basisProvide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetingsUphold regular treatment integrity checksAdhere to the relevant CPT codesQualifications BCBA Certification issued by the BACB Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs) Confident verbal and strong written communication skills Must pass internal competency within 90 days of hire Ability to lift 50 pounds.
