Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM


Job Summary

The Utility Associate supports a clean and organized production environment by performing cleaning and material handling tasks. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Compounding team and ensuring operational efficiency through equipment sanitation, waste removal, and raw material preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Retrieve empty pots and mobile mix tanks from compounders.


Operate automated potwasher to clean pots and small equipment.


Manually clean large and medium mobile mix tanks, fixed tanks, and associated parts (pipes, hoses, valves, etc.).


Repackage raw materials when necessary.


Keep robotic systems stocked with clean pots.


Operate floor scrubber to maintain cleanliness and safety of plant floors.


Operate forklift as needed for material movement.


Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including handling chemicals and operating power equipment.


Support compounding operations and assist team members when needed.


Train new Utility Operators and collaborate with Automation Operators to optimize robot productivity.


Participate in year-end physical inventory processes.



Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.


Prior forklift experience required.


Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly.


Familiarity with cleaning solutions, safety procedures, and proper sanitation techniques.


Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Strong team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others.


Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
