Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Game Designer for an upcoming
open world space game.
Key Responsibilities
Own the creative vision for a pillar of the game, integrating major
design elements
Oversee the design of gameplay systems, mechanics, and features to
enhance player engagement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive development
process and implement feedback loops
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in game design, with a minimum of 3
years in a lead role
Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blueprinting
Experience with project management and task breakdown
Familiarity with source control solutions
