• Cut, portion, and package meat products to meet customer needs and sales goals.
• Prepare and display meat products in an attractive and appealing manner to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all meat products meet Whole Foods Market's quality standards and are handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in meat cutting or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
