Licensed Social Worker/Psychotherapist

• 
  
• Excellent position for an experienced clinician -or LMSW who will soon become LCSW eligible.
  
• Conducts biopsychosocial assessment that includes identification of the client's strengths and needs
  
• Employs appropriate therapeutic interventions (Trauma Informed, CBT and/or Psychodynamic) to achieve mutually agreed upon goals through a variety of modalities such as individual, couple, family and group treatment on a crisis, short term, or long term basis.
  
• Provides services in person and through telehealth.
  
• Collaborates on behalf of the client with other disciplines within the treatment team, department, and agency as well as with representatives of community agencies and resources.
  
• Consistently meets service levels expectations and ensures highest quality level of care.
  
• Documents - client treatment and services via Electronic Health Record system
  
• Responsible for maintaining the privacy of client protected health information.
  
• No evenings or weekends required
