Job Description:

Accurately code and process accounts payable transactions, review and approve invoices for accuracy and completeness, collaborate with restaurant managers to verify and correct submitted coding, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, assist with month-end close processes, prepare and post journal entries into Great Plains for allocation purposes, respond to inquiries from vendors, suppliers and employees, maintain and manage 1099 records, ensure all files and documentation are organized, complete and accurate.

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in a multi-unit or multi-concept environment
  
• Accounting degree preferred, but not required
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
