Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sommelier to enhance our beverage program at Le Coucou. This role will involve staff education, wine service, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of French wine, including back vintages and producer profiles.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to educate staff on wine and beverage programs.
• Provide exceptional wine service to guests, including tableside service and wine pairings.
• Assist with inventory management, wine ordering, and cellar maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in wine and hospitality.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality and wine program management.
  • Excellent knowledge of French wine, cuisine, and culture.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Wine certification preferred.
