Upscale Italian restaurant with locations in Miami Beach, Aspen, and Paris, promoting diversity and luxury hospitality. We seek a skilled Sushi Chef to craft high-quality sushi dishes and maintain exceptional presentation and consistency.Responsibilities:

• Sushi Preparation: Craft various types of sushi, including sashimi, nigiri, and rolls, using fresh ingredients.
• Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to design and execute sushi menu items, staying up to date with trends and customer preferences.
• Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi preparation area.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
• Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to support the development of sushi preparation skills.
• Quality Control: Inspect and manage the freshness of all seafood and ingredients, maintaining a high level of quality control.Qualifications:
  • Sushi Chef Experience: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end restaurant or sushi bar.
  • Sushi Preparation Techniques: Mastery of sushi preparation techniques, knife skills, and knowledge of sushi-grade fish.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and presentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
