We are looking for people with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Open Call DetailsWe will be hosting an open call at our Le Basque Restaurant location on specific dates from 12:00noon - 3:00pm. We are hiring for all FOH positions, especially looking for servers, server assistants, hosts/hostesses and barbacks.Requirements

• Provide our guests with an outstanding dining experience through great customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain highest quality standards according to company policies and NYC health and safety regulations.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment as a member of a team.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members and guests.
• Maintain a sense of urgency at all times and take initiative.
• Handle customer complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Be dedicated to our customers, our brand and each other.Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in a restaurant environment preferred.
  • Customer service oriented. Attentiveness and patience.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, dependable and punctual.
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety. Food safety certification will be a plus.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
  • Basic math skills.
