Job Description:
The Head of Product will report to the CEO and is responsible for guiding the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of Shelf's products and product lines.
Key responsibilities include:

• Executing on the product vision and strategy.
  
• Overseeing product roadmaps.
  
• Managing cross-functional teams.
  
• Driving user-centered design.
  
• Collaboration with stakeholders such as Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  
  Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are critical, along with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

  • Project Management: Strong background in planning, prioritizing, and executing product initiatives within budget and timelines, ensuring quality and consistency. Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
    
    What You Bring:

    • 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager and Leader in a B2B SaaS product company.
      
    • Previously led a Product Management Team (e.g., familiarity with managing scrums), and open to being disrupted.
      
    • Forward-looking, philosophical thinker.
      
    • Highly intellectual.
      
    • Makes tactical decisions based on feedback that comes up.
      
    • Passionate, humbled, and energized by the pace and change of the field of AI.
      
    • Life-long learner, with diversified interests/experience (beyond work and Product Management).
      
    • Has experience with and knows how to work in a founder-run company.
      
    • Nice to have: Ex-founder background (this position reports directly to the CEO).
