Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Specialist to adjust
complex or high exposure construction defect claims.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate claims by securing statements and supporting
documentation
Evaluate and set reserves for each claim file handled
Provide regular updates to insureds, claimants, underwriters, and
carriers on file status
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of construction defect claims management experience
preferred
College degree or equivalent claims management experience
required
10+ years of litigation management experience preferred
Must be licensed as a Qualified Claims Manager in the State of
California
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and
Excel
