Job Description:

Clinical Magnet, a division of Clinical Magnet, is looking for an adult Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's full- time team in Lambertville, NJ. This opportunity offers great pay, a Monday-Friday schedule, and the ability to provide compassionate care to the often underserved, incarcerated population.
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (not contract).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides primary and acute/chronic care management to adult male and female incarcerated individuals
Conducts occasional emergency care when needed
Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in performance of comprehensive health assessments.
Effectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of recent experience working as a Nurse Practitioner with adults
Acute care experience required
Correctional experience a plus but not required
LICENSURE, CREDENTIALING AND CERTIFICATION
Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
Current unrestricted RN license for the state in which the provider is practicing.
COMPENSATION and SCHEDULE:
Salary starting at $124K
Monday - Friday schedule
NO weekends or on-call
