Critical Care APP - Pocono (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $133000.00 - $170000.00

A major US medical group seeks a Critical Care NP or PA to join its skilled ICU team. The incoming Critical Care NP or PA will be part of a supportive team looking to expand. This role offers some schedule flexibility and the potential for block scheduling. The competitive compensation package includes a salary based on experience, a VIP bonus, a signing bonus, relocation aid, and extensive benefits. Full-time candidates are preferred, but part-time candidates will also be considered. PA and NP candidates are welcome to apply, but PA candidates with experience and training in surgical ICU patients may be better suited.

• Join a collaborative team of physicians and APP providers and work 100% at a high-performing hospital
• The incoming Critical Care NP or PA will enjoy a balanced schedule with no call responsibilities and provide 12 shifts per month of coverage, with additional shifts calculated at an hourly rate
• Earn attractive financial incentives, including a VIP incentive bonus of up to $7,500 annually, a signing bonus of $20,000 (with a 3-year commitment), and a relocation reimbursement of $10,000
• Full-time is preferred, but part-time may be considered
• Candidates without prior ICU experience will likely not be considered due to the autonomy of the position
