JOB TITLE (# 2657 ): Nurse Practitioner / Nursing Home - Williamstown, NJ Minimum of 1 year experience
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a Nursing Home located in Williamstown, New Jersey . Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner :

• Must have an active NJ state license
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have up to 1 year of experience
• Must be available to start within 45 days Benefits of the Nurse Practitioner :
  • The salary for this position is $35/note & $45/new admission

  • 2% Malpractice InsuranceSchedule of the Nurse Practitioner:
    • This is a Full-time position
    • Weekdays
    • Evening Hours (provider should stay till 9pm at least, even better if they can do till midnight)Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner:
      • Perform physical exams and patient observations.
      • Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
      • Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
      • Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
      • Monitor and operate medical equipment.
      • Diagnose health issues.
      • Administer medicine and other treatments.
      • Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans, as needed.
      • Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
