    • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing----
      
    • 2 years of experience as an LTAC Registered Nurse (RN)
      
    • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS
      
    • Must have vent & trach experience
      
    • An active, current (PA) state license or reciprocation if applicable--
