Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee
contracting processes and collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and communicate with decision makers on contract
modifications
Collaborate with the legal team on standard terms and
conditions
Manage contract documentation flow, approvals, and archiving
processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of corporate or commercial law experience
Bachelor's degree
Legally authorized to work in the United States without
sponsorship
Experience with various contract types including Product, Service,
and SaaS
Bachelor's degree in a legal field, such as paralegal studies,
preferred
