A company is looking for a Chief Operations Officer, Payer Coding.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Risk Adjustment coding services
Define and execute cost management strategies to improve margins in coding operations
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team across global operations

Required Qualifications

Extensive leadership experience in the Risk Adjustment coding services industry managing teams of 100+
Proven track record in technology-driven health services organizations focused on automation and efficiency
Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams (300+ associates) with global exposure preferred
Experience contracting and managing partner-driven delivery strategies
Demonstrated success in transforming operations and building high-performance teams
