This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Serving as a crucial link between a customer---s business functions and product requirements, you will play a pivotal role in automating healthcare processes that drive efficiencies and ensure a seamless patient and user experience across the Oracle Health product portfolio and partner ecosystem. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA, X12, HL7, and FHIR.Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to product launch.Passion for turning ideas into deliverables - and seeing ideas through to delivery.Ability to constantly reassess assumptions and priorities.Healthcare IT and/or Revenue Cycle experience.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Lead the product development lifecycle for healthcare financial data exchange products, including ideation, market research, requirements gathering, and go-to-market strategies.Attention to detail and ability to lead multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environmentCollaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business objectives.Ensure products align with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and X12.Work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.Develop product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and prioritize initiatives based on business goals.Act as the product subject matter expert, providing support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.Monitor product performance post-launch and work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, resolve issues and ensure successful product adoption.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum.
