Your Key Responsibilities
Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) ensures customer success, through a broad set of services and solutions helping to accelerate the entire customer journey. -CSS offers services globally across multiple industry sectors to assess and develop solutions to run, maintain and continuously improve data-driven strategies and insights that help grow, optimize, and deliver the business outcomes customers require.
We are seeking a program director to lead the content and business development supporting the growth of Oracle's Fusion Data Intelligence solution to join the Oracle Customer Success Service (CSS) Global Cloud Solutions and Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and communicating content that supports the adoption of Oracle's analytics capabilities and the resulting customer business outcomes. - You will be responsible for supporting the field sales organization as they position Oracle analytics solutions and services. You will gain expertise in content development, develop a deep understanding of Oracle's analytics strategy, and learn to work collaboratively with sales, delivery, presales, and XLOB colleagues and share your success broadly through CSS and XLOB communications channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise data governance, data analytics and AI program management with a deep understanding of technology and innovation, and a proven track record of successfully working cross functionally to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Skills and Attributes

• 
  
• Proven Experience: 10+ years of professional experience with a strong understanding of Oracle's Cloud Growth Strategy
  
• Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey complex concepts.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
  
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
