Job Summary:

As an experienced retail professional, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve sales skills and performance
• Execute seasonal department plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  Requirements:
  
  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of sales performance
  • Ability to process information and make sound business decisions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
