Key Responsibilities:

* Manage hourly restaurant teams, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards for product quality and service.
* Hire, train, and develop staff effectively, taking corrective action when necessary.
* Build relationships with vendors and monitor liquor and labor costs.
* Submit nightly reports on service, sales, and costs.
* Maintain a clean restaurant environment and organized employee files.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position leads hourly staff within assigned restaurants.

Physical Demands:

Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds, with over 4 hours of standing or walking daily.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or related field (preferred).
* 2 or more years of restaurant management experience.
* Knowledge of industry trends, menu creation, coaching, and team building.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, DolceClock, Toast, and Resy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours and days, with top-notch teamwork.
