A company is looking for a Senior Director of Leadership Development to oversee global leadership programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a long-term leadership development strategy aligned with business goals
Create and oversee high-impact leadership programs and training initiatives
Provide executive coaching and mentorship to senior leaders within the organization

Required Qualifications:

Deep expertise in leadership development and talent management
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders
Experience in program design and execution for leadership training
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and culture building
Experience using data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness
