          • Create the long term vision and strategy for the AML product portfolio across Capital One.

          • Inspire and coach a high performing team of product managers.
          • Influence leaders within risk management and within partner teams including tech, architecture, design, analytics, and all major lines of business.We want you if you are:

              • Bachelor's Degree.
              • At least 8 years of experience in digital product management.Preferred Qualifications:
                • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
                • MBA or Master's degree.
                • 8+ years of experience in Agile product management.
                • 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200 for Sr. Dir, Product Management.This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days.
