Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Account Manager to enhance
customer engagement regarding tax operations and services.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance customer relationships through regular
engagement and strategic planning
Serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries and
ensure effective communication within service delivery teams
Manage customer tax account escalations and resolve complex issues
while providing best practice recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in Maintenance and/or Managed Services and
customer relationship management
Functional knowledge of human resources outsourcing with an
emphasis on tax
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Visio)
Experience with internal BPaaS processes and procedures
preferred
