Develop and oversee metrics and evaluation processes to measure

Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional
experience
Additional training or education in the area of specialization may
be preferred
Strong leadership skills and initiative
Strong client management skills
Current knowledge of industry trends related to training and adult
learning methodologies
