$30-$38/Hour
STATIONARY ENGINEER/MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Change filters, replace belts, grease bearings and motors as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-related issues, including vacuum pumps and compressors.
Maintain and oversee R/O (Reverse Osmosis) and DI (Deionized) water systems.
Work independently to maintain three pharmaceutical-type buildings.
Coordinate and oversee vendors such as plumbers, electricians, water system specialists, and boiler inspectors.
Ensure heating and cooling systems remain fully operational.

QUALIFICATIONS: High Pressure Black Seal License required.
Minimum of 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus.
Must be proficient in preventative HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience with vacuum pumps, compressors, R/O, and DI water systems is a plus.
Must be a self-starter capable of working independently.
Must have own hand tools and a voltage meter.
